Tree Planting & Egg Take @ Kanaka Hatchery

All students are welcome to come to a morning session at Kanaka Creek Hatchery.
Interested students will be helping plant native species of plants in the area around the creek.
Keeping the plant life around a creek healthy helps keep the creek itself healthy for fish!
If we’re lucky, our visit will happen during the salmon run and we’ll be able to watch the hatchery do an egg take.
Dress for the weather!
The bus leaves at 9:30am!
